Security is one of our development pillars. We are committed to keeping your data safe so you can focus on making the most of the platform. Still, we need your collaboration to ensure that protection systems are effective.

Security recommendations:

• Control your data: do not provide sensitive data to employers initially. No one needs to know your exact date of birth or your tax ID to evaluate if you fit a position. Save this information to provide only to the company's HR when you are actually hired.


• Do not provide complete address: this information is not relevant to any employer during selection processes. Provide only approximate address, which consists of neighborhood, city and state.


• Be suspicious of unrealistic proposals: we strive to ensure the integrity, reliability and good faith of all jobs posted on the platform. Even so, it is important that you carefully evaluate each proposal and see if it is not "too good to be true". If it is, be suspicious.

Security measures adopted by the platform:

• Reduced data collection: by collecting the minimum possible data from our users, it becomes easier to manage and protect this data. Additionally, we do not collect any sensitive data such as exact addresses, document numbers and banking data.


• Data visibility restriction: private information such as email and phone are not visible on each candidate's public profiles. They only appear to employers of jobs you apply for.


• Encryption of information in transit and at rest: your data is always encrypted using industry-standard algorithms and methods, such as AES-256, HTTPS and 128-bit SSL. All connections to the platform are always encrypted, and this feature cannot be disabled.

Reports If you identify crimes such as slavery, child labor, xenophobia, neo-Nazism, homophobia, religious intolerance or human trafficking on the platform, contact the nearest cybercrime police station and report it.
