Privacy
Privacy is a fundamental right of all people. Therefore, we constantly improve the platform so that each user remains in control of their information. We list below some measures we take in this regard.
Reduced data collection
We collect the minimum possible data from all users. In resume registration, for example, we do not request complete date of birth or complete address. In job posting, we also do not request the complete address. This ensures more privacy and security, and allows this information to be shared only at the right time to those who really need it.
Progressive sharing
Data such as phone and email of candidates are not visible on their public profiles. They are only displayed to employers of jobs the user has applied for. This way, only those who really need this data can view it.
Zero data sales
No information entered by users on the platform is sold under any circumstances to third parties. This includes but is not limited to the sale of email lists, company data, or individual data.
Essential data
We collect and store some essential data on the user's device for the platform to function. Functions like login, for example, depend on this data recording on each user's device.
Data related to advertising and analytics
The platform works with some leading institutions in the advertising and data analytics sector, such as Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. These institutions may receive small fragments of data entered on the platform, as well as other automatically generated data – IP addresses, for example. The purpose of communication with these services is to better understand the behavior of our users, to improve the platform, perform ad personalization, analysis and attribution. Additionally, this data may also be used to increase the performance of advertising campaigns outside our platform. Note that third parties may insert cookies in your browser for analysis or use web beacons to collect information as a result of ad serving on the platform.
